Please note that we cannot accept refunds or exchanges for items that have been special ordered, personalized, worn, or altered and must be accompanied by the sales receipt and any applicable warranty cards, manuals, or accessories. *Manufacturing warranty does not apply for pre-owned or estate watches. However, all estate watches come with our 1 year time-keeping warranty and all estate pieces can be returned within 14 days.
